New York Bariatric Group Welcomes Patients To West Islip Location

New York Bariatric Group (NYBG) and affiliate NYBG Plastic Surgery is pleased to
announce the opening of its newest location in West Islip, NY. Located at 560 Sunrise
Highway, this office serves the bariatric and plastic surgery needs of patients on the
South Shore of Long Island.

In celebration of the new West Islip office, a grand opening event was held on August
13th, 2020. The event drew in former NYBG patients who wanted to show off their
weight loss progress and introduce their family to the practice. In addition, prospective
patients toured the facility and gained valuable feedback from NYBG surgeons and
staff.

The Islip Town Board supervisor, Angie Carpenter, issued a certificate of recognition to
welcome the practice to the Islip business community. NYBG bariatric surgeon, Dr.
Edward Cussatti, says this location was “absolutely necessary to introduce the office as
a resource for physicians in West Islip and the surrounding South Shore community”.
NYBG combats obesity with surgical and non-surgical weight loss options. The bariatric
