Visitation: Thursday, May 25 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the Fredrick J. Chapey and Sons West Islip Funeral Home on 1225 Montauk Highway in West Islip.
Service: Friday, May 26 starting at 11 a.m. at the St. Patrick's R.C. Church on 9 North Clinton Avenue in Bay Shore.

Obituary: Ann Sforza, of West Islip, passed away on Saturday, May 20. She was 90.
She was predeceased in life by her husband, Frank Sforza.

Ann is survived by her 9 children; Joanne Visovsky (Michael), Frances Ann Sims (Michael), Luanne Sforza-Friedman (Robert), Nicholas Sforza (Katharina Grabmayer), Dianne Sforza (Paul Rheaume), James Sforza (Susan), Suzanne Abt (Thomas), John Sforza (Tracy) and Thomas Sforza as well as 20 grandchildren.
In addition, Ann is survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
Interment will take place at the St. Charles Cemetery in Farmingdale.
