Obituary: Beryl C. Hayes, of West Islip, Dies at 86
The great-grandmother of two passed away on Monday.
Died: August 14, 2017
Visitation: Thursday, August 17 from 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the Fredrick and J. Chapey and Sons Funeral Home on 1225 Montauk Highway in West Islip.
Service: Friday, August 18 starting at 10 a.m. at St. Peter's by the Sea Episcopal Church in Bay Shore.

Obituary: Beryl C. Hayes, of West Islip, passed away on Monday, Aug. 14. She was 86.
Beryl is survived by her husband, Gary Vincent Hayes as well as her children Paul (Joan) Hayes and David (Christine) Hayes.

In addition, she is survived by her grandchildren Brian Bonventre and Summer Hayes as well as her great-grandchildren Lucas and Kara.
A cremation will follow the service.
