Obituary: Jean R. Bucci, ​of West Islip, Dies at 84

Died: April 6, 2017

Visitation: Saturday, April 8 and Sunday, April 9 from 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the Fredrick J. Chapey and Sons Funeral Home on 1225 Montauk Highway in West Islip.

Service: Monday, April 10 starting at 9:30 a.m. at the Our Lady of Lourdes R.C. Church on 455 Hunter Avenue in West Islip.

Obituary: Jean R. Bucci, of West Islip, passed away on Thursday, April 6. She was 84.

Jean was former elementary school teacher in the West Babylon School District.

She is survived by her husband, Joseph Bucci as well as her children; Kristine O’Malley, Thomas Bucci and Jane O’Brien.

In addition, Jean is survived by eight grandchildren and her siblings Patricia Ruddy and Donald Rowley.

Interment will take place at St. Charles Cemetery in Farmingdale.
