WEST ISLIP, NY - Suffolk Police are looking the man wanted for allegedly stealing a bird from a West Islip store this month.
The man stole a Quaker parrot that had just been groomed from B.T.J.’s Jungle on 144 Sunrise Highway on November 11 at 2 p.m.

The man fled in a white van.
According to a Facebook post by the business, the parrot is a therapy bird.
