The deadline to RSVP to the West Islip Chamber of Commerce's Summerfest is Wednesday, July 10.
The BBQ and wine tasting event will take place at the gazebo at Our Lady of Consolation on Wednesday, July 17 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m, rain or shine.
Festivities will include food, drinks, raffles, door prizes, children's activities and live music by Robert Carpenter. The fee to attend is $15 per adult, $5 for children aged 5 through 12. Children under 5 are free.
