South Shore Mall Will be Home to New Fashion Retailer

Charlotte Russe will open at Bay Shore mall on November 21.

The Westfield South Shore Mall in Bay Shore is getting yet another new tenant this month and West Islip teenagers looking for new fashion flairs are likely to be most excited about the news.

Charlotte Russe will open its doors on November 21. The fashion retailer is
named after the delicious French dessert and launced its first store in 1975 in Carlsbad, California.

According to a press release the retailer targets women in their teens and early twenties and offers access to major fashion trends at value-oriented prices.

As Patch reported in early November, the mall is welcoming several new retailers this month and next year.

The incoming tenant list includes cosmetic retailer Sephora and Soma Intimates, as well as Michael Kors, White House|Black Market (near Macy's), and a new Victoria's Secret.

Several other stores, not yet announced by the mall, will open additional stores in December.

The mall's food court is also boasting new names as the holiday season arrives, including Charley's Philly Steak, Blaze Pizza and Checkers are scheduled to open this Fall season.

Next spring, Olive Garden will open at the mall in the former Boulder Creek location.
