• Oct. 16: Daniel Ackerler, 46, of Commack was arrested in Commack on a charge of DWI - previous conviction in the past 10 years.
• Oct. 16: Luis Conde, 38, of Brentwood was arrested in Brentwood on a charge of DWI - 1st offense.
• Oct. 16: Jill Gratton, 49, of Smithtown was arrested in Hauppauge on a charge of DWI - 1st offense.
