The state DOT said the road could be closed for another six hours.

YORKTOWN, NY — A driver having a medical emergency ran into a utility pole in Yorktown Thursday morning causing Route 35 to be closed between Hallocks Mill Road and Route 118/Route 202. An off-duty paramedic was in the right place at the right time and was able to revive the man.
