YORKTOWN, NY — A Croton-on-Hudson man was accused of driving while intoxicated.
The Yorktown Police Department said it received a report of an erratic driver on Commerce Street heading west unto Route 202 around 11 p.m. Sunday.
The officer on the scene said the vehicle was seen on Route 202 failing to maintain its lane multiple times.

The car was also being driven in a way that impeded other vehicles, police said.
An investigation found the car was driven by Marco Chacha, 38, of Croton-on-Hudson.

He was found to be intoxicated, authorities said.
Chacha was arrested and taken to the Yorktown Police Department, where he was found to have a blood alcohol content of 0.18 percent or more.
He was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, BAC 0.18 or 1 percent or more and first-offense driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors, and multiple traffic infractions.
Chacha was issued traffic tickets for the charges and released on his own recognizance to a responsible adult.
He is due to appear in the Yorktown Justice Court June 17.
