Former Kmart Shopping Center In Yorktown Could Be Developed
The proposal is for 150 residential units and ground-floor retail.

YORKTOWN, NY — The vacant Kmart in Yorktown Heights could be replaced with apartments and retail space.
The proposal for 150 one- and two-bedroom residences and ground-floor retail space was presented to the town board Tuesday, the Journal News reported.
Oster Properties of Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, owns the property and would be the developer.
