Ossining Woman Doesn't Show For Court, Gets Arrested: PD

Police said she was arrested at the Croton-on-Hudson Police Department.

YORKTOWN, NY — An Ossining resident was arrested after being accused of not appearing in court when she was supposed to.

The Yorktown Police Department said Keri A Yeagley, 38, of Ossining, did not appear in the Yorktown Justice Court Oct. 22 to answer charges from a prior second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and suspended registration.

An arrest warrant was issued by a judge for her.

On March 16, two Yorktown officers went to the Croton-on-Hudson Police Department to place her under arrest.

Yeagley was taken to the Yorktown Police Department for processing.

She was charged additionally with fail to respond to an appearance ticket, because police said she did not appear in court on the return date or within 30 days thereafter.

Yeagley was issued an appearance ticket and is due back in the Yorktown Justice Court April 1.
