Road Closings In Yorktown Due To Fallen Trees, Wires Monday

Most of the roads could be closed for up to 24 hours.

YORKTOWN, NY — Downed trees and wires are taking a toll on Yorktown roads Monday. NY 6N at East Main Street was closed in both directions at 12:30 p.m., the state Department of Transportation said. Officials said it will be closed for up to 24 hours.

Likewise, US 202 at Stonehouse Road. It was closed in both the east and west directions at 12:35 p.m. for up to 24 hours because of a downed tree and wires.

Also closed for up to 24 hours is NY 129 east and west directions between Hunterbrook Road and NY 118.

NY 132 is closed in both the north and south directions between Kamhi Drive and Overlook Avenue. The DOT did not say for how long the road will be closed.
