Sports Complex, With $3.8M Cost, Proposed In Shrub Oak

The proposal made to the Town of Yorktown was the winning bid for the site, reports The Northern Westchester Examiner.

SHRUB OAK, NY - A local development company has submitted a winning $3.8 million town bid to build a sports complex in Shrub Oak, according to a report in The Northern Westchester Examiner.

The paper reports that the proposal is for the Granite Knolls Sports Complex and is from locally owned Montesano Bros., Inc.
