Staples, Office Depot Offering Free Vaccine Card Lamination
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommend keeping the vaccination card for future use and taking a picture of it as a backup.

NEW YORK — Now that you've gotten your second Pfizer or Moderna coronavirus vaccine or your "one and done" Johnson & Johnson shot, what are you going to do with that COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card?
Well, you can take it to your local Staples or Office Depot store and have it laminated for safe-keeping.
Office Depot will laminate your card free in the store through July 25. There is a coupon you must bring with you.

Staples is also doing the lamination in-store for free, and according to CNN, there is no end date to the offer.
The vaccination record card must be complete, meaning if you were required to get two shots, you must have received both of them.
