Violation Of Probation Leads To Yorktown Woman's Arrest: PD
A police officer recognized the woman while he was out on parole.
YORKTOWN, NY — A Yorktown woman was accused of violating probation.
The Yorktown Police Department said Brooke Tschudy, 28, was arrested on a bench warrant for violation of probation.
Shortly after 5 p.m. Friday, an officer was on patrol on Route 132 when he saw a car pass him in which he recognized Tschudy from past police contact.

The officer said he was aware that the Yorktown Justice Court had just issued a bench warrant for her arrest.
Tschudy had failed to comply with the terms and conditions of an earlier plea agreement and the court issued the bench warrant Feb. 25.

Tschudy was arrested and taken to the police department for processing.
She was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Yorktown Justice Court March 16.
