Water Main Break Closes Road In Yorktown
Delays can be expected, the state Department of Transportation said.
YORKTOWN, NY — A water main break in the Town of Yorktown is causing traffic problems. The state Department of Transportation said NY 35 in both directions between Evergreen Street and Quaker Church Road was closed at 6 a.m. due to a water main break.
The DOT said the road could be closed up to six hours.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes.
