By Lanning Taliaferro:
Expect gusts of up to 50 mph and watch for downed tree limbs and power lines in Yorktown and Somers, says the National Weather Service.
The NWS has issued a special weather statement about a line of rain storms marching east across the Hudson River into Westchester this morning.Â
It has also put a Wind Advisory in effect until 2 p.m.
With the humidity at 93 percent, temperatures should reach an unseasonable 72 today.
It should be a nice if changeable weekend: partly sunny and 66 tomorrow; sunny on Sunday but the NWS is predicting a high of just 48.
