Yorktown Heights FD To Hold Parade, Carnival
The opening of the carnival will follow the parade.
YORKTOWN, NY — The annual Yorktown Heights Volunteer Fire Department parade and carnival is on for this year.
In a post on Facebook, the department said the parade is scheduled — rain and shine — for 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 23, with the carnival opening directly afterward.

- Wednesday, June 23; 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.
- Thursday, June 24; 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.
- Friday, June 25; 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.
- Saturday, June 26; noon to 11 p.m.
- Sunday, June 27; noon to undetermined
Organizers said they are extending invitations to any fire/EMS/police department service looking to participate.
Those who have either not received a formal invitation or haven't responded to one, send a notice of intent to info@yorktownfire.org by Friday, May 28. If the department doesn't receive a notice of intent, the organization will not be able to participate.

The carnival will be following all federal, state and local guidelines in regard to coronavirus safety protocols.
