Yorktown Man Accused Of Letting Dogs Run Loose, Attack Goats
Police were able to tie up the two Huskies.
YORKTOWN, NY — A Yorktown man was accused of letting his dogs run loose and attack someone's pet goats.
The Yorktown Police Department said Luis Tuquinahui, 41, of Yorktown, was charged with two counts of dog at large, town code violations.
Police said, around 5 p.m. Friday, officers received a report of two dogs attacking someone's two pet goats.

When officers arrived at the location, they found and tied up two Huskies that were loose on the victim's property.
Authorities said there was also damage to a fence.

Tuquinahui was given his dogs back and was issued an appearance ticket, police said.
He was released on his own recognizance to appear in the Yorktown Justice Court May 20.
