Yorktown Resident Accused Of Punching Man's Face
A judge issued a temporary order of protection on behalf of the victim.
YORKTOWN, NY — A Yorktown man was accused of punching another person in the face.
The Yorktown Police Department said David Kollbeck, 20, of Yorktown, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor.
Police said around 11 p.m. Feb. 27 officers were dispatched to investigate an assault complaint.

Authorities found that Kollbeck punched another man in the face.
He voluntarily surrendered to police Friday and was arrested.

After Kollbeck was arraigned, a judge issued a temporary order of protection on behalf of the victim.
Kollbeck was released on his own recognizance to appear in the Yorktown Justice Court Tuesday.
