Assaults On Females, Auto Break-Ins: Crime In Davidson This Week
Two women reported assaults this week in Davidson. Here's the latest rundown of crime reported around town.
DAVIDSON, NC — Seven crimes were reported to police in Davidson this past week, including two cases of assault on females, two vehicle break-ins and financial fraud, according to Davidson Police Department.
DPD made no arrests this past week.

- March 30 — Assault on a female, Harbour Place Drive
- March 31 — Credit card fraud, Setter Point Lane
- March 31 — Financial identity fraud, Hudson Place
- March 31 — Simple assault, Tributary Court
- April 2 — Assault on a female, Southwest Drive
- April 3 — Breaking & entering auto/ Larceny from auto, Harbour Place Drive
- April 4 — Breaking & entering auto, Armour Street
DPD officers issued citations including the following charges March 30 through April 5, 2021:
- Speeding — 9
- Expired tag — 6
- Driving while license revoked — 1
- Expired inspection — 1
- Improper passing on right— 1
- No operator's license — 1
- Seat belt violation — 1
