Cocaine Possession, Assault: Crimes Reported In Davidson
Four break-ins were reported to police in Davidson last week. Here's a run down of crime around town.
DAVIDSON, NC — Four breaking and entering incidents were reported to police in Davidson last week, according to the most recent police blotter.
Davidson police wrote dozens of tickets to drivers for charges including expired tags, speeding, no insurance and seat belt violations.
Here are the arrests made in Davidson from June 29 through July 5:

- Gary Beam, 57, was arrested July 2 on North Main Street, charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Cecilia Elizabeth Crawford, 50, was arrested July 3 on Old Meeting Way, charged with simple assault.

- June 29 — Breaking & entering (misdemeanor), Griffith Street
- June 29 — Possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, Beaty Street
- June 30 — False pretense, Rose Glenn Lane
- July 2 — Possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, North Main Street
- July 3 — Simple Assault, Old Meeting Way
- July 4 — Breaking & entering (misdemeanor), Potts Street
- July 5 — Breaking & entering (felony)/ larceny, Crane Street
- July 5 — Breaking & entering (felony)/ larceny, Shearer Street
