Break-Ins, Larcenies: Crimes Reported This Week In Davidson

DAVIDSON, NC — Two break-ins and four larcenies were reported this week in Davidson, according to the most recent police blotter.

Davidson police issued dozens of citations to drivers for charges that included speeding, expired tags, and expired inspections.

Davidson Police Department made one arrest last week. Dylan Rosado, 22, was arrested on Potts Street June 14, and charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering.

Here are the crimes reported to DPD June 8 through June 14, 2021:

• June 10 — Felony larceny/ damage to personal property, Walnut Street
• June 10 — Felony larceny/ damage to personal property, Lakeview Avenue
• June 13 — Misdemeanor larceny, Northwest Drive
• June 14 — Misdemeanor Breaking and entering, Potts Street
• June 14 — Felony larceny, Kenmare Crossing Road
• June 14 — Misdemeanor Breaking and entering, Potts Street

DPD officers issued citations including the following charges June 8 through June 14, 2021:

• Expired tag — 16
• Speeding — 15
• Expired inspection — 6
• No operators license — 5
• Driving while license revoked — 3
• Seatbelt violation — 4
• Stop sign violation — 2
• Failure to register vehicle — 2
• Failure to reduce speed to avoid collision — 1
• Reckless driving — 1
• No insurance — 1
