Davidson Movie Theater Announces Grand Reopening Date

DAVIDSON, NC — Movies are coming back to Davidson. Our Town Cinemas Cafe & Taphouse is set to hold a Grand Reopening Friday, May 28, it announced.

"It appears that Hollywood is no longer in retreat and is ready to unleash its treasure chest of entertainment on the masses," the theater said in a statement. "We will return to full operation with the latest First Run Hits as they begin to come down the pipeline and resume a full schedule of operation in order to accommodate all special and private requests."

Safety protocols will remain in place, management said.
