Public Input Session Planned For Proposed Davidson Development
Do you have something to say about the new 5.5-acre development pitched for Davidson-Concord Road?
DAVIDSON, NC — Davidson residents will soon have an opportunity to express their thoughts about a proposed housing development slated to be built on more than five acres along Davidson-Concord Road.
A public input session for the Boulder Rock Loop development, located at 18647 Davidson-Concord Road, is set for Tuesday, March 16 from 5 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. The meeting is virtual, and will be held via Zoom, the town said.
The proposed development includes 13 lots including 11 single family homes and four duplex units.

"Proposed are single-family homes, duplex homes, and open space as well as improved pedestrian and bicycle connections along Davidson-Concord Road," the Town of Davidson said. "Palillo Holdings, LLC is also proposing a greenway connection to the existing Woodlands development, new vehicular connections with the Boulder Rock Loop extension, and the construction of associated residential alleys."
