DAVIDSON, NC — Davidson fans of St. Nick young and old will soon have an opportunity to spot him in their neighborhood.

Every year, with the help of Davidson’s fire department, Santa conducts a route check days before his big Christmas Eve delivery.

According to the Town of Davidson, Santa will be in neighborhoods east of the East Rocky River round about on Wednesday, Dec. 18. On Thursday, Dec. 19, he will be west of the round about.

His route check begins around 6 p.m. each night, so listen for the sounds of firetruck sirens.
