DAVIDSON, NC — Charlotte metro foodies who want the experience of eating a Michelin-rated chef-prepared meal will soon have that opportunity. The culinary team at Davidson's Kindred is collaborating with Michelin chef Brandon Jew of Mister Jiu of San Francisco for a collaborative dinner July 7.
The Michelin on the Road dinner series is bringing once-only, tasting menu experiences to restaurants and chefs in regions not yet covered by Michelin through unique collaborative dinners.
The July 7 event will be “an evening where contemporary Chinese-American cuisine meets the American South,” say organizers.
