The Village Store In Davidson To Reopen This Week

DAVIDSON, NC — Downtown Davidson's The Village Store is set to reopen its doors to customers this week, it announced Monday.

The Main Street gift shop, which temporarily closed its doors earlier this year due to the pandemic, is set to reopen Wednesday, March 3.

"As many of you know, we closed in early January due to rapidly rising COVID numbers," read a message on the store's Facebook page Monday. "We are cautiously optimistic that our community can shop safely with precautions."

In addition to reopening, the store space has been refreshed, it said.

"Our top concern is for our customers & community — please continue to distance and wear your masks," it said.

The Village Store is located at 110 South Main Street in Davidson.
