1 Wounded In Shooting Outside Concord Mills Mall Near AMC: Cops

Concord police said they had one suspect in custody Sunday afternoon outside the theater on Concord Mills Boulevard.

CONCORD, NC — One person was wounded, and another in custody, after a shooting unfolded outside the Concord Mills Mall near the AMC theaters, the Concord Police Department said on Twitter Sunday afternoon.

The condition of the injured person wasn't immediately available, and police have not identified a suspect in the Concord Mall shooting.

The sidewalk outside the mall was closed off with crime scene tape late Sunday afternoon, a photo from WBTV shows.
