Water Main Break Reported In Birkdale Village In Huntersville
Police urged drivers to avoid a section of Birkdale Village with flooded streets while crews made repairs.
HUNTERSVILLE, NC — Some shops in Birkdale Village temporarily became waterfront property Thursday, when a water main break flooded the shopping district's streets.
"There's a water main break in Birkdale Village at Formby and Lindholm," Huntersville Police Department said. "Please avoid the area while crews work to fix the issue."
