Burglaries Reported At Two Northstone Homes In Huntersville

HUNTERSVILLE, NC — An investigation is underway in Huntersville after two homes were burglarized, police said Thursday morning.

The incident prompted police to ask residents to increase visibility around their homes. "The HPD would like to remind you to leave all exterior lights on at night, including the front porch, driveway, and any other landscape lighting that may be available," police said.

The burglaries were reported in the 15500 block of Aberfeld Road in the Northstone Community, Huntersville Police said.

"The crimes happened within close proximity to each other," HPD said.
