Free Mask Event Set For Thursday In Huntersville: Details

HUNTERSVILLE, NC — Members of the Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce's leadership program will be distributing free masks in Huntersville Thursday.

The free mask distribution event is set to take place at the Huntersville Recreation Center, located at 11836 Verhoeff Drive in Huntersville, from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m.

An event is also scheduled Thursday morning at the Ada Jenkins Center, located at 212 Gamble Street in Davidson, from 9 a.m. until noon.

"Each year, the Lake Norman Chamber’s Leadership Lake Norman class does a community service project as part of their graduation," the Town of Huntersville said. "This year, members of that class are working with community partners to put on a mask distribution event to serve the three towns on October 1st."
