Huntersville PD Bust Leads To Arrests, Seizure of Drugs, $35K
Three people were arrested and charged with multiple crimes as an undercover operation led to the seizure of methamphetamine and cocaine.

HUNTERSVILLE, NC – An undercover operation conducted by Huntersville Police detectives led to the seizure of cocaine and methamphetamine as well as cash and the arrest of three people, police said.
Police seized two kilograms of cocaine and one pound of methamphetamine as well as $35,000 in cash during the operation, which was carried out on Feb. 5, police announced on Wednesday.
Alejandra Bravo, 29, High Point, James Henderson Jr., 43, High Point, and Jonathan Camacho-Martinez, 29, Asheboro, were arrested as part of the operation, police said. Bravo was charged with four counts of trafficking in cocaine, possession with the intent to sell or deliver cocaine and with maintaining a vehicle for keeping a controlled substance.

Henderson was charged with four counts of trafficking in cocaine and possession with the intent to sell and deliver cocaine while Camacho-Martinez was charged with trafficking in methamphetamine with the intent to sell and distribute methamphetamine, conspiracy to traffic in cocaine and for maintaining a vehicle for keeping a controlled substance.
All three were released from jail after posting bail and will appear in court on the charges at a later time.
