Huntersville Traffic Stop Leads To Drug Charges For Driver
Huntersville police said they found nearly half a pound of marijuana, bags and a scale after stopping a driver for speeding Monday.
HUNTERSVILLE, NC — A traffic stop in Huntersville Monday led to the arrest of a driver, who now faces a list of drug-related charges, according to police.
According to a police spokesperson, Jakori Pless, 27, was stopped by an officer for speeding.
"During the stop, nearly half a pound of marijuana was located, along with a box of sandwich bags, a scale, some cash and a gun," Huntersville Police Department said.

Pless was charged with possession with felony intent to sell/deliver marijuana, felony possession of marijuana, and carrying a concealed gun (misdemeanor).
