Two COVID-19 loan funds have been established to help local businesses - one for businesses up to 50 employees and the other for businesses up to 5 employees. The process is quick - disbursements are available within 10 days of applying.

In response to the local economic impact of the current health crisis, Mecklenburg County has created a COVID-19 Small Business Emergency Stabilization Loan Fund and a Micro Business Stabilization Fund.
