Qdoba Mexican Grill, B Good Birkdale: Huntersville Inspections

HUNTERSVILLE, NC — Recent kitchen inspections at a Charlotte-area Chili’s found 18 health violations, which dropped its health score to a "B,” according to Mecklenburg County public health officials. Five Huntersville restaurants were inspected and all retained their "A" health grades.

County health officials recently inspected 77 restaurants in the Charlotte-metro area. At the Chili’s Grill & Bar location at 9730 Rea Road, a May 7 inspections found 18 violations, including dirty bowls and pans that had been stored as clean, milk and cheese stored at improper temperatures, flies in the facility, a wiping cloth stored in an employee’s waist instead of a sanitizer bucket, an employee touching their hair and then handling clean equipment without washing their hands and areas of the kitchen in need of cleaning.
