The City of Fargo has submitted a progress report on the implementation of the credited Cass County Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan. The progress report is a component of maintaining the City's standing within the Community Rating System (also referred to as flood insurance discount program). The report details nearly 70 flood mitigation actions undertaken by The City of Fargo.
