Join the Fargo Park District and YMCA for some fun outdoor water classes! The first Pop-up Aqua class is on Tuesday, July 6 from 6:00-7:00 pm. Pop-Up Aqua classes are exercises performed to lively, motivating music that are effective and easy to follow.

Aquatic classes allow for improvement in flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance while using the resistance of the water.

All levels are welcome, ages 15+. No pre-registration required. A suggested free will donation toward different local charities each week is $5.00.

Pop-Up Aqua classes are held every Tuesday from July-August at the Island Park Pool (616 1st Ave S, Downtown Fargo.) The next Pop-Up Aqua classes are:

  • July 20
  • July 27
  • August 3
  • August 10
