The ReImagining Works project is made possible by an anonymous bequest to enhance all of the new and newly-renovated Dayton Metro Libraries.

“ReImagining Works brings beautiful new artwork into each of our Libraries,” said Jayne Klose, Community Engagement Manager. “It’s exciting to get the public involved, so that the artwork reflects the unique characteristics of each Library and its community.”

The new Northmont Branch Library will be constructed on its own parcel of land on W. National Road near the Legacy at Cypress Pointe Health Campus. Groundbreaking is planned for fall, 2021, with the new Library expected to open in late 2022. Dayton Metro Library’s system-wide facilities improvement project was made possible by voter support of a $187 million bond issue in 2012.
