Dayton Power and Light customers who enroll in the paperless billing program during this time are automatically entered in a weekly drawing for a $100 gift card. A grand prize drawing for an iPad Pro will take place at the end of the contest. Customers can sign up for E-Bill on MyDP&L, our online account center launched last summer.
