The Marietta/Belpre Health Department, Memorial Health System, and Washington County Health Department share the latest information on COVID-19. Ohio Department of Health announced the cancellation of the Ohio Public Health Advisory System due to the increase in vaccinations and decline in cases.

Washington County has 5,272 COVID-19 cases, 201 hospitalizations, and 109 deaths to date. Marietta/Belpre Health Department and Washington County Health Department are currently monitoring 76 active cases. Washington County's COVID-19 PCR test positivity rate is 4.9%.

According to the Ohio Department of Health Vaccination Dashboard, 39.64% of Washington County residents and 45.07% of Ohioans received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, and 35.84% of Washington County residents and 39.53% of Ohioans received all CDC recommended doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.

COVID-19 vaccines are widely available, several local sites are offering walk-ins in addition to appointments. Everyone 12 years of age and older is eligible to get a COVID-19 vaccination. Clinics are as follows:
