Flash Flood Warning For Washington County
The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Warning for Washington County.
MARIETTA, OH — The National Weather Service in Charleston has issued a Flash Flood Warning for Washington County in southeastern Ohio.
The warning will be in place until 8:00 p.m. Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1-2 inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
