Deputies said that between May 6, and May 11 of this year, Hall made a number of terroristic threats. Most of them were bomb threats to schools but there were reports of an active shooter scare. Crime units were able to trace the calls to a cell phone in Georgia. Deputies say Hall confessed to making the calls.

Hall waived his extradition hearing and after three weeks he was finally transported to Ohio. Yesterday he was finally booked into the Washington County Jail. He's set to be arraigned this afternoon at 4 o'clock.
His grandparents said that they couldn't appoint him an attorney until he reached Ohio. Now that he's here, his grandmother Angela Blackwood says they're going to seek a competency hearing. Hall is only 18, and he collects Social Security. Blackwood says he has mental deficiencies, and that he was led by another person to make these calls. She says he did make some of the calls, but not all, that there was a second caller.
