Commissioner Booth voiced some concerns over one of the appointees because he's planning on running for city council. The idea was to table this matter and look into it. President Kevin Ritter and Commissioner Schilling voted to approve anyway and after Booth heard that this matter had been examined he jumped on board too. Bret Allphin of Sixmo Inc was given the green light. ODOT Engineer Eric Reed was also approved.
