Resolution to close Guaranty Fund for Ingenuity Center

The board had established a fund in 2014 as a security loan from the ODSA for the Ohio Port Authority to construct the Ingenuity Center. They deposited about $55,000 into a Peoples Bank account. The Port Authority has sold the Ingenuity Center and the mortgage has been satisfied. The Guaranty Fund was no longer needed. This item was approved without dispute.

Additional Appropriation – CSEA

The Child Support Enforcement Agency needed an additional appropriation of $7,000. This item was approved without dispute.
