On 7 Jun 2021 Deputy Tornes was advised of a loose dog on Colegate Drive, Marietta, belonging to Nicole Davis. The dog was observed returning to Davis’ home and going inside. The dog was also loose on 24 May 2021. A summons was requested for Nicole D. Davis, age 36, 204 Dale Street, Marietta, OH, on a charge of failure to restrain her dog.

On 9 Jun 2021 Deputy Painter was dispatched to 355 Sellars Road, Little Hocking, OH, to a report of a disturbance between Timothy Richards and Rachel Way. Richards was asked what had transpired and he stated nothing. When asked where Way was he stated he did not know. Deputy Painter was soon advised that Way had left the area, but soon returned to speak with Deputy Painter. Way stated that they were arguing and upon her trying to run away Richards threw a cup at her striking her in the head. Timothy Raye Richards, age 51, 355 Sellars Road, Little Hocking, OH, was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Jail for processing.

On 9 Jun 2021 Sgt. Carr responded to Adams Township and met with Children Services regarding assistance with an investigation. At the conclusion of the investigation Dustin Bradley Whipkey, age 36, 630 Walnut Street, Lowell, OH, was placed under arrest for violating a protection order. Whipkey was transported to the Washington County Jail.

Kierston Leah Holbrooks-Mick, age 31, Little Hocking, OH, probation violation, a felony.
Robert Dale Goodnight, age 43, Parkersburg, WV, failure to comply with order or signal of PO, elude and fleeing, a felony.
Rodney Bryan Weaver, age 83, Belpre, OH, contempt of court (debtor’s exam).
Brendon Samuel Garrett Hall, age 27, Parkersburg, WV, parole violation, a felony.
Michael William Martin, age 26, Marietta, OH, domestic violence, a felony.
Mark James Hinton, age 41, Belpre, OH, having weapons while under disability, a felony, and aggravated menacing, a misdemeanor
Elizabeth Hope Griffin, age 36, Cutler, OH, domestic violence, a misdemeanor.
Levi Adam Henderson, age 43, Marietta, OH, speed and domestic violence, both misdemeanors.
David Wayne Wriston, age 36, Marietta, OH, violating a protection order, a misdemeanor.
Taylor Ann Griffith, age 56, Marietta, OH, OVI and lane straddling, both misdemeanors.
Baxter Lee Grimes, age 44, New Matamoras, OH, parole violation, a felony, breach of recognizance, aggravated menacing, menacing and obstructing official business, all misdemeanors.
Wayne Owen Leib, age 39, Racine, OH, theft, 2 counts, both misdemeanors.
Mia Casey Michelle Bryan, age 37, Racine, OH, theft and criminal trespass, both misdemeanors.
There are currently 21 female inmates and 91 male inmates being housed in the Washington County Jail.
