On 18 June 2021 Deputies Stillson and Young were dispatched to 234 Dixon Hollow Road, Beverly, OH, to a report by Julie Hess, stating she was assaulted by a subject known as Wolfe. Later information was gained which determined Wolfe was actually Timothy Blair. Hess stated that Blair had visitors and during the visit their dogs were barking loudly. Hess went to the residence to have them calm their dogs down when Blair called Hess names, which in turn caused Hess to ask that he (Blair) step outside and call her that. A verbal argument began, with Hess stating that Blair swung at her, but missed. Hess stated she punched Blair in the face and Blair hit Hess in the back of the head. Blair had left the area at the property manager’s instructions. A summons is being requested for Julie M. Hess, age 43, and Timothy Edward Blair, age 57, 234 Dixon Hollow Road, Lot 30, Beverly, OH, on a charge of disorderly conduct.

On 18 June 2021, Deputy Martin was dispatched to Newport Township in reference to a vehicle fire. This case remains under investigation.
On 18 June 2021, Deputy Young met with Bob Tate, Briggs Hill Road, Belpre, OH, regarding a stolen trailer. This case remains under investigation.

On 18 June 2021 Deputy Crum was dispatched to Gates Green Village Apartments, Marietta, OH, regarding a complaint that Iesha McFadden was at this location and is not permitted to be there. McFadden was not located, however, the resident stated McFadden has been staying there. Iesha Rachell McFadden, age 25, lka: 411 E Spring Street, Marietta, OH, will be summoned into Marietta Municipal Court for criminal trespass.

On 19 June 2021, Deputy Martin began a theft investigation where tools and misc. items were stolen. This case remains under investigation.
On 19 June 2021, Deputy Tornes began an investigation into a subject being bitten by a dog. This case remains under investigation.
On 20 June 2021 Sgt. Schwendeman responded to 150 Camelot Road, Belpre, OH, to a report of a physical altercation between Mareesa Richards and her mother, Susan Trezza. Richards stated that Trezza was yelling at her and slapped her across the face after they had a disagreement. Witnesses at the scene denied seeing anything but stated the two were arguing. After speaking with all parties it was determined that a summons would be requested for Susan Ranae Trezza, age 47, and Mareesa Heaven Lyshae Richards, age 18, on a charge of disorderly conduct.
The following subject(s) were processed into the Washington County Jail on 21 Jun 2021:
Mitchell Jay Potts, age 44, Parkersburg, WV, probation violation, a misdemeanor.
William Corey Woods, age 36, Belpre, OH, driving under suspension, failure to stop in assured clear distance and fictitious plates, all misdemeanors.
Kayla Lachelle Wallace, age 27, Belpre, OH, driving under suspension, fictitious plates and expired plates, all misdemeanors.
Timothy David Stacey, age 36, contempt of court, a felony, Ross County warrant.
There are currently 17 female inmates and 82 male inmates being housed in the Washington County Jail.
