Area Residents Are Named to Dean's Lists

Megan Sloe of , pre-dental hygiene major, was named to the dean's list at Youngstown State University for the fall semester. To be eligible for the dean's list, students must have a grade point average of at least 3.4 and take a minimum of 12 credit hours.

Three Highland Heights residents made the fall dean's list at St. Bonaventure University in New York. Andrew Revello and William Urban are both third-year students majoring in accounting and Melanie Frate is a fourth-year student majoring in education.

Colleen Atchley of made the dean's list at Ashland University for the fall semester. The daughter of Millard and Maureen Atchley, she is a 2009 graduate of West Geauga High School and is majoring in actuarial science. To be eligible for the dean's list, a student must be enrolled full time and achieve at least a 3.5 grade point average on a 4.0 scale.

Christina Johns of Mayfield Heights was named to the fall Dean's High Honors List at Marietta College. To be eligible, students must complete at least 15 credit hours with a GPA of 3.75 or better.  Johns, a graduate of Mayfield High School, is majoring in middle childhood education.
