Mayfield Bank Robbery: Details Released By FBI
The FBI have released images of the suspected getaway car.
MAYFIELD HEIGHTS, OH — The FBI is looking for a man that robbed a Mayfield Heights bank on Monday morning. The suspect was seen fleeing in an older molder Jeep Cherokee.
At about 9 a.m. Monday, the man came into Citizens Bank on Mayfield Road. He pulled out a handgun and demanded money. One of the tellers handed over an undisclosed amount of cash and the suspect ran out of the bank and into his Cherokee.
The suspect is a black man, in his 50s, standing 5 feet 9 inches tall, with a stocky build. He was wearing a tan baseball hat, a dark jacket and pants, dark gloves, and had something covering the bottom portion of his face.

No one was hurt during the robbery, the FBI said.
Tips related to the robbery can be provided to the Cleveland Division of the FBI, Mayfield Heights Police Department or Crimestoppers. Tips can remain anonymous. Reward money is available for information leading to the successful identification and prosecution of the individual responsible.
